This budget-friendly guesthouse has a convenient location walkable to local amenities. the comfortable beds and clean, spacious rooms with great views are some advantages worth mentioning. it offers essential facilities such as a guest kitchen and toiletries. the helpful staff is always willing to assist.
The shared bathrooms can be busy at times, and the cleanliness could be improved.

We loved the convenient location, walking distance to the main sights, supermarkets, and transportation. Clean and spacious rooms with comfortable beds and cozy furniture, plus a large window with a great view. The big guest kitchen was very useful for cooking, and the staff were kind, accommodating, and helpful. All this for a very good value for money.

Spent Christmas in this cozy spot for an amazing price. Loved the spacious and clean rooms with surprisingly comfortable beds. The guest kitchen is huge and has everything one needs to create a meal. The location couldn't be better; just a short walk from the bus station and the main attractions. One more perk was the friendly staff that was always available to help.
Sadly, the walls were too thin, making it easy to hear my neighbours and the hallway. Moreover, the entrance doors made so much noise even when closed gently that it often disturbed my peace. The guesthouse is located near a main road, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs to drown out the heavy truck traffic.

Great budget accommodation option, conveniently located near the bus station and supermarket. the room was clean, cozy and great value for money. Loved the comfortable bed and views from the window , perfect for a romantic escape.
The shared facilities were not up to standard , only one toilet and shower per floor, which caused long lines. the shared kitchen was not well, maintained, and we saw some other guests not cleaning up after themselves.
